How to Assemble a computer that is good and true

Here are the steps to assemble a computer that is good and true, if you have trouble with the explanation, I also include pictures to help make it easier to assemble your personal computer.

Step 1 - Prepare all the components to assemble a computer.

Assembling a computer is something that is fun for those who like the assembly of the computer. Before you start assembling the computer, then prepare the first components, such as chassis, motherboard, processor, heatsink and fan, Memory / RAM, VGA Card / Graphics Card (PCI / AGP), hard drive, CDROM / DVDROM, monitor, speakers, keyboard and mouse. In addition to the above components, the CD also prepare the necessary drivers and Operating Systems and Software CD required. Prepare also a variety of hand tools such as screwdrivers, pliers and other support tools.

Step 2 - Attach Processor, CPU Cooler and Memory / RAM to the motherboard.
Processor is an IC that controls the overall operations of a computer system and is used as a center or brain of a computer that functions to perform calculations and run errands. Processor lies in the socket that has been provided by the motherboard, and can be replaced with another processor provided in accordance with existing socket on the motherboard. One very big influence on the speed of the computer depends on the type and capacity of the processor.

How to install the processor is as follows:

Open lock on Motherboard Processor Socket.

Attach the processor to the motherboard. (IMPORTANT ...! Note that the processor has a sign on one corner, in this case is usually marked with grooves, holes or arrows).
Skewer the mark with markings on Socket Processor (If you do the above with the right, then the processor will be incorporated into the socket properly).
Then lock the socket again, by pressing the lever down and linking the existing lock.

How to Install a CPU Cooler (CPU Coolers)

Prepare CPU Cooler and Pasta Processor.

Cover Processor is already installed and the surface of the CPU Cooler with pasta that had been prepared earlier.
Then pair just above the CPU Cooler Processor is already installed, then tighten the lock on the CPU Cooler.
Connect the power contained in the CPU cooler with a motherboard.

Pay attention to your memory slot, whether it is in accordance with the type of memory you use.
If it is appropriate, then plug in your computer memory in the slot that has been provided.
Then click the hook on each end of the memory so that memory is not moving.

Step 3 - Installing the HDD and CD / DVD Drive.
ATA and SATA hard drives
ATA and SATA hard drives
Before installing the hard drive casing to the first step you should do is to know the type of hard drive you will use. For hard drives are often used today is the ATA and SATA hard drives. If you use the ATA hard drive connector cable from the hard drive to the motherboard that you should use is the IDE cable, and if you are using a SATA hard drive then please use the SATA cable. IDE and SATA cable difference lies in the physical cable, ATA cable wider than the SATA cable. ATA cables are usually used for some other devices other than the hard drive such as CD / DVD-ROM.

How to install a hard drive and CD / DVD drives are as follows:
Installing the HDD Jumper
Installing the HDD Jumper

First, set the jumpers on the hard disk. This jumper is on the back of the hard drive and have three to five pairs of pins. If the hard drive you wish to install only one, then the jumper set it to "MASTER". If there are two hard drive, then unplug the jumpers to two and position it as "SLAVE". Petunjunk installation of jumpers usually there on the top side of the hard drive.
Attach the SATA data cable to the data port on the back of the hard drive. Installation is not difficult. Match any cable ends with a data port on the hard drive, so it can not be reversed. Then, plug the other end of the data cable to the SATA port 1 or primary SATA on the motherboard. How to install together with the installation to the hard drive.
Then place it on a hard drive that has been provided in the casing, there are usually several slots, then tighten the screws provided. After that attach the power cable from the power supply to the hard drive. If the Power Supply older models that do not have power cable for SATA, you can use the power cable converter (see picture).

For installation CD / DVD drive is approximately equal to the hard disk installation. Just placing it just a little different, usually a CD / DVD drive is placed on the top of the casing. Before putting the CD / DVD Drive, first open the lid are made of plastic, then press the lid from the inside.

Step 4 - Assemble computer cable.
After all computer components installed, the next step is to assemble a computer cables, either I / O cable, hard drive cable, CD-ROM cable, power cable CPU etc. You simply pay attention to the following picture to guide you attach cables to assemble your computer.

You should really pay attention to this one step, because this is one of the most central in assembling a computer, if you connect the cable that was wrong then it will be fatal. But you do not need to worry too much, every cable already be set in such a way that is different from the others, so you can just match it with the plug. Here are some pictures to assemble computer cables.

Step 5 - Last is to install the Operating System to suit your needs.
Once you have finished assembling your computer, the last step that must be done so that the computer can use well is mengistall Operating System (Operating System). Operating system is a set of programs that manage computer hardware resources or hardware, and provide common services for application software or software.

Operating systems also served to make the control and management of hardware and basic system operations, including running software applications such as word processing programs and web browsers.

For the types of operations that used computer systems are generally divided into three groups: Microsoft Family, Family UNIX and Mac OS family. For the installation of the Operating System you should adjust to your needs. If you are still ignorant about the Operating System you should use the Operating System from Microsoft family, because this operating system is still the most familiar and widely used by all people. But if you want to try Operating System of UNIX and Mac OS family also does not hurt. Just maybe you need a little Tutorial Learning Computer, so you can Operate Computer With Good and True.
